Community Rules
Last updated: September 10, 2026
The AuraHome community carries two kinds of posts: a product you found — its photo, purchase link and price — and a room design you generated in the app. Both are moderated before they go live. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content, reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and violating accounts are removed.
1. What gets posted
The community carries two kinds of posts:
- A product post — a photo of one single product you found, the https address of its store page, its price and currency, a short title and an optional note.
- A room design post — the image of a finished design you generated yourself in the app, a short title and an optional note. A design post needs no purchase link; products you see in it can be posted separately as product posts.
The room photo you upload is never shared. What appears in the community is the design the app generated from that photo. No design is published on its own: a design shows up in the community only if you choose to share it, and stays private to your account by default.
If your profile is private, only your followers see your post — nobody else finds it in a feed, on your profile, in search or in saved lists, and the post never enters discover (discover is a list shown to everyone; your followers see the post in their following feed). If your profile is public, your posts can appear in discover, where engagement such as likes and saves plays a part in the ranking.
A “See it in my room” result — a product placed into the photo of your own room — cannot be shared either: that frame carries your real room as it is. Screenshots, collages, images you have no right to use and frames that do not match the kind of post are not accepted — a product post whose frame shows no product, for example, does not go live.
2. Prohibited content — zero tolerance
The following are strictly prohibited, with no exceptions:
- Obscenity and nudity — sexual imagery or text of any kind.
- Violence — violent content, blood or injury, or incitement to violence.
- Hate speech — demeaning, harassing or bullying anyone over race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or any similar characteristic.
- Copyright infringement — photos, product imagery or text you have no right to use.
- Misleading links — addresses that do not lead to the product in the photo, or that are fraudulent or harmful; links that push people into messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger and the like).
- Personal data — phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, ID or bank/IBAN details, whether yours or someone else’s.
- Identifying content — photos of recognizable people, a home address, a door or apartment number, an address on mail or an invoice, an identity document: anything that gives away where a home or a person is. A design you share comes from your own room, so check the frame for details like these before you publish it.
- Spam — repeated submissions, unrelated promotion, trading follows or likes.
3. Every post is moderated before publication
Every submission — a product post and a room design post alike — goes through automated moderation before it is published. A submission that does not pass is never published: nobody sees it, it does not enter the feed, and no post is created. You are told why it failed — content against the rules, no product in the frame of a product post, an invalid purchase link, or moderation temporarily unavailable. What is checked depends on the kind of post: the title, note and tags of both kinds pass the same filter; a product post’s photo also goes through automated image moderation; the image in a design post is a frame the app generated itself and does not go through separate image moderation — so the person sharing it must make sure no detail giving away their home or a person is left in the frame (section 2), and any frame that does go live can be reported (section 4). Every moderation decision is recorded so that abuse can be detected.
4. Reporting and our 24-hour commitment
Every post carries a “Report this post” action where you pick a reason: spam or misleading, nudity, violence, hate speech, copyright, or other. We review reports within 24 hours. A post that reaches a report threshold is hidden automatically, without waiting for a human — a report that arrives at night does not stay up until morning. If you cannot reach the app, you can also send your report to support@aurahomeai.shop.
5. Blocking people
You can block anyone from the menu on their post. Blocking is mutual: you do not see their posts and they do not see yours; neither side can reach or interact with the other. Your blocks live under Settings → Blocked users and you can undo them at any time.
6. Enforcement
Content that breaks these rules is removed or hidden. The account behind it may be suspended without notice, and for severe or repeated violations the account is terminated permanently. If you believe a decision was wrong, write to support@aurahomeai.shop to appeal.
7. No posting without accepting these rules
You must read and accept these rules before your first post. A submission cannot be sent without ticking the acceptance box, and accepting means you commit to every rule here and to the Terms of Use.
8. Contact
Reports, appeals and takedown requests: support@aurahomeai.shop — we reply within 24 hours. How the shared data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
